Question Forum(s) Thread Question?

Seems I'm haveing this same issue alot lately and was wondering if it has something to do with my "cookies" or what.

In the forums, the threads/post's I havent read are in Red Bold and the
one's Ive already read or posted in are not bold, as normal.

But, I'll log back in and I miss alot of threads due to they arnt in
bold all the time.

I was wondering, is this normal or after in a forum and several threads
go down the line, do they automatically go like already read?

I miss alot of Threads/Posts this way.
Any thoughts/input would be much appreciated.

When I read, or post, the thread becomes normal red. If I haven't read it, or posted to it, then it's bold red. If I log out, and come back all threads are bold red, even the ones I have posted to, and including the ones where I was the last post in that thread.

21. Turn thou us unto thee, O LORD, and we shall be turned; renew our days as of old.

Mine don't change colors at all.

When I want to read a thread, I right click on the thread, left click on.. open link in new tab/window. When I'm done with the thread, I just close the tab/window, and I'm right back where I started from.

Our forum has a session timeout setting. If your session is inactive for longer than the timeout period, which is currently set for an hour, your session will expire and all the threads that exist at the time your session expires will be marked as having been read.
