Default New 25 round mags

Has anybody tried the new 25 round mags for the 10/22 that Ruger came out with? I bought several of the Butler Creek mags a few years ago and never really like them.

Thanks guys. My daughters each have a 10/22 as wll as the wife and I but the aftermarket mags never seemed to work very well. I will have to pick up some of the new Ruger mags.

have to dissent..

my nephew just bought a 10/22 and got a factory 25 rounder with the deal. so far it won't function with more than 10 rounds in it. we started with one at a time then built up to 10 the one day that we had it at the range and ran it like that.

maybe he got a banged up mag. He's not ready to call in to ruger for a RMA yet though.

Well I picked up one up at a local gun store for $28.95.I'll see how how it functions later this week on one of my days off.It sure does fit nice and snug and doesn't move around.

I had one of the Eagle 30 rd mags years ago and it worked pretty good but all of the Butler Creek mags I have had do not feed worth a crap.

Years ago I too had the Eagle 25 round mags for my "ex" 10/22 and never
had a problem with them. I never tried at the time, the Butler Creek mags.
