ruger LC9 Mag. Disconect

Ruger LC9 Is there any way to remove or eliminate the safety feature of the NOT being able to fire the LAST round or ANY Round in the chamber if the Mag. is removed from the gun ?? this is the WORST design for a weapon..

If ANYONE knows HOW it can be done you don't have to post it here if you don't want to you can email it to me : steve.spratt@ymail.com I carry 2 to 3 mags so I don't count rounds when I feel I need to change mags I change but if I dump my mag an would need to fire my gun quickly befor i get the mag loaded I'm screwed !! not being able to fire that round that is just sitting there in the chamber, what a waste,I guess if you count yer rounds your ok.
