Time's a runnin out folks.

I can tell you that this stuff is awesome.

I've used it on pork and chicken so far. It would do well with white fish also. Not so sure it would be the best with beef though (judging by the smell). There's no red in this rub, and it has a few distinct aromas. I can't quite put my finger on it tho.

Someone is in for a very nice gift.

Alright I got it!

The smell coming from the double wrapped bag was glorious right from the start.

Its been 100 degrees here so I haven't got to bbq since owning this bag of heaven but I used it in the fish pan and let me say, I hope I can buy more when I run out!

Also, its inspired me to try to make my own, not like this one but something.

I cant thank you enough for such a unique experience from out of State.

I gave a small bit to my neighbors and when Im cooking I keep tasting pinch loads of it lol. Just plain good. A little goes a long way too!
