Default Since when does the Constitution guarantee an education?

Her son gets cut from a basketball team, and she's claiming Constitutional violations
Quote:
"…the deprivation of the right to a full and complete education which includes competition in sports and consequently athletic scholarships impairs John Doe of a property right guaranteed under both the U.S. and State Constitutions."

The suit further alleges that the sheer lack of an orderly appeals process for students who were cut is also a violation of due process

Here's one way of looking at it, it's kinda like an old adage..if you tell a lie often enough;

you'll get to believing it..
and with any kind of luck, so will everybody you tell it to.

Take bHo's stand on gay marriage. Everybody truly believed he was against it ( almost perpetual truth ), as of today he's now for it ( lie unveiled ). Now the only thing we know for sure is, he goes both ways.

While the case itself could serve as a watershed in how schools hold tryouts for varsity sports
I'm getting sooo tired. What now? Do schools get signed documents from the parents that state they won't sue, if the kid sucks at sports?

Soooooooooooo tired.

Cases like that should be thrown out of court and the complainant saddled with all legal fees and fined for wasting court time.

according to libs the COTUS is a living breathing document that evolves.By claiming it is such any right or guarantee can be found as long as you have an "evolved" interpretation.

I don't see anywhere in there that says a right to an education.
