Default Which Federal Anti Gun Laws Need to Go 1st?

OK, this is a pro 2nd Amendment hit list of bad laws. Which Federal anti-gun laws must be repealed first?

Repeal the Hughes ammendment to FOPA '86

Eliminate the "Sporting purposes" clause in import laws.

Change NFA '34 to allow suppressors on a 4473 or at least give them
AOW status.

That should be enough to get you started.

Gun control act of 1968 is a good place to start but I would rather they go back to the Federal Firearms Act of 1938 but even that should be secondary. We should start with the National Firearms Act of 1934 and every single restrictive law regulating guns, ammo and accessories like suppressors should be revoked.

All of them in one giant bill.

Yeah, I'd start with 34 and get 'em all.

Oh, and if they got rid of 68, then there would be no 4473, or FFL, or any of that other happy horse kaka.

I think chipping at them a little at a time might work the best.

Hughes Amendment
Title 2 firearms sheriff's signature (heard it might go away soon)
$200 tax on NFA firearms
Sporting exemption
Place limits on what States and other local entities can restrict
AP restrictions
