I have just purchase a used Blaser R93 LRS2 .223.What is the most accurate amunition for target shooting in .223?

Welcome to TFF. It's great to have another member from across the big pond. As to your question. That's something pretty much your rifle will have to tell you through trial and testing. Different components and powders and charge weights are just a few of the variables to building the perfect round.
