Well guys and gals, Woodnuts fine grips came in the mail this afternoon so I got busy and installed them on a couple of 1911's. I'm having trouble deciding which gun to keep them on. Maybe you all can advise me.
I want to thank Woodnut (Carl) once again and a big thanks to TFF. I guess I will have to come up with some tidbit for a future drawing.

Hey Clinger, if you had told me you had a mag well on one of the guns, I could have given you a square cut bottom on the grips. But they don't look bad with the bevel. some folks had rather have the bevel as sq. anyway.
Glad you got them OK.

Heh! I didnt even notice that. Still looks good to me. Which one of the 1911's do you think should end up as the home for the grips?

Personally I like them on the A1 Black trigger. That looks awesome to me. (All Black except the grips) then the black lettering and wings kick in. Just my opinion.
