My question is: I purchased .45acp & .45LC prelubed Lazer Cast bullets .452 dia. Do these bullets still need to be sized before they are pressed in?
I purchased the Lee four die set. Does'nt the die I use to press the bullet in also size the bullet during the process. I have already loaded and fired a 100 rounds with know problem. I fired them in my Taurus Judge and my S&W auto. The Deacon Man

They are ready to go. Unless you are casting your own, you do not need to swage/size them.

As said above. Those bullets are already sized to .452" which is nominal for both of those cartridges. Your die set will not size the bullets.

Measure them. If they're too big for what you want, size them. Reloaders who buy/cast lead should own a decent micrometer, you gotta know what you're working with, and no manufacturer is perfect. And nope, normally a seating die does not size the bullet.
