I dont think child molesters should go to jail. They should have "things" choped off and see how long til they bleed out.

For that little girl, there are no words or worry or fear or apologies or care that will ever erase what was happening to her. My heart goes out and my prayers are with her to perhaps in time allow her to forget.

For the father, it is difficult to imagine the horror or to try to put into my worst nightmare what must have gone through the young mans' mind at the first sight of what was happening. There would have been no thought(s), just the action needed to stop this unimaginable deed as quickly as possible. Again, my prayers and thoughts are with he and his family for his response.

That this animal, (please do not refer to it as a man) who committed this unspeakable horror upon this child and her family, God forgive me, but IMHO he is exactly where he belongs, back with the Devil and unable to ever perpetrate a crime such as this again, ever. Not a dime for his defense for which there is none. Not a worry about the liberal court system turning him loose or because he is an alien, letting him loose and deporting him for some legal infraction.

My worry is that other states or jurisdictions would not have been so understanding or considerate of what the father did in his initial moment of horror and adding insult to his injuries tried to prosecute him. He should have been no-billed immediately and prosecution of any kind never even mentioned.

What would have happened to you or I depending upon where we live? Because as pointed out here by so many, our reactions would have been very much the same or worse if we had happened to be armed at the time of the discovery.

Good for the father, and it sounds like the entire community has encircled this family and friends and the grand jury should be commended for the quick and decisive action and decision.

All is well that ends well as far as the monster who committed this crime. God Bless and protect the little girl and her entire family and through His love and understanding they may find peace, in time.

Would any man or woman have done less for ANY child if they walked into such a matter. I think not. And once again, Thank God for that and hope that it never happens. For once, and the first in a long time, on any matter of law, I am very happy with the judicial process in this community. Kudos!!!

Naw. They would still get their jollys off another way. I'd prefer to see them locked in room with no windows. And let the father of the victim have at them for 5 minutes uninterrupted. Oh the horrors I could inflict in just 5 little minutes to someone who has hurt my child.

Somewhere there is a slimy parasitic lawyer waiting to file a Wrong Full Death Civil suit. That's the next tier that needs to disappear.

Yea, I agree. Somewhere the family gets to apply the "justice". If they wont allow that, they should at least start having saturday night hangings on national TV. No more supporting and feeding these animals, they go straight to the gallows. Someone make me some popcorn......

It should have never gone to a Grand Jury case is cut and dried . And then some asked if the dad had the right to protect his child, One lady said the man was entitiled to a trial and if she was in the same situtation she was not strong enough to kill him but would rip his eyes out or call 911. Even if you live next to the police station that is way too long to let him continue. Wake up lady

I'm glad this worked out the way it did for the father. Only thing better would be to have it never happen at all. But in my mind there are very few things that are worth spending the rest of your life in prison for. And protecting our children from any evil, harm or threat is most certainly one of them.

The father may have served justice in this case, but im putting myself in his shoes on this one. Im postitive he feels guilty for not showing up 5 minutes earlier, and the poor little girl, she will carry the scars of this the rest of her life. My prayers are out for them. And I pray God has no mercy for the soul of the molester or anyone like him for that matter. they belong in hell right next to the furnace.

Yea the father is gonna have scars too. If only he had kept her at his side instead of letting her run off to play. I know thats what would be going through my mind. And then to top it off, knowing that he took a life. (granted a life worth taking, but still)

I couldn't help but notice in the initial article I read about this that they called the scum pedophile a "victim"! I'm going along with the opinion of feeding him to the buzzards.
