uploading pictures to forum

Does anyone know how to upload photos on here from a phone, its from an Android phone HTC EVO? I sure can't figure it out!

Sign up for a photobucket account.
Download the photobucket app.
Put the picture into your photobucket account via the app.
Copy/paste the link provided by photobucket into your post.

Or upload the photos to your hard drive. Then you can upload them directly from there.
