Hang in there Ryan, I am in a similar situation with my wife, just a different medical issue, I know every day is hard, sleep is anything but restful, I understand about needing to be the strong one, accept support wherever it comes from, in these situations, the husband, who also needs a certain amount of care and support, doesn't always get what he needs to get through the next day, and find the mental strength to go on and be strong for the kids, I have the same difficulties and understand where you are,
We will continue to pray and offer moral support, but it's up to you to keep going, Know people are thinking about you and keep going, hour by hour, day by day, work on projects to keep your mind busy, that's what I do, I'm often in the garage at 2 or 3am currently giving my first rifle a facelift, Keep your chin up my friend, keep moving forward one step at a time and pray, it's all you can do, God will handle the rest, You will find strength to do what you need to do, I do, don't know how sometimes, but I do, and so will you. |

Hello,I thought I would give you an exciting update.In the last week I have watched a miracle take place.You all have known about my wifes right side of her heart going bad and her retaining all the water.Well it is all gone.Every bit of it.They took 42lbs off of her last month and she still held quite a bit more they couldnt take off with the machine.It started last week and now since shes been home has lost another 60lbs of water.I can put my hand around her whole ankle and touch my fingers.They changed one of her heart meds and thats what has made the difference and I would have to say all the prayers you guys have given has been a contributing factor as well.She still has a bad heart but she feels alot better with the weight off.Thanks to all you guys and gals

Ryan, your wife had been in my prayers. I have come to know you on a personal basis and you better believe that you and your family will remain i my prayers. I am going to stop as soon as I place this post and thank the good Lord for answering many prayers.
