My dad had prostrate cancer a few years ago and the doc said you can with take it out and be done with it or you can go threw Kemp and it might come back. My dad opted for removal. The doc prescribed cialis to increase blood flow to that area to aid in healing. He had to fight tooth and nail to get insurance to pay for it.

You're talking to an organization that makes 100% of its profits from SEARCHING for a cure. Do you really think they are going to find a cure and end their money train? I'm skeptical of all the oh give us money so we can find a cure. Name one of them that has ever found a cure? NONE of them have I wonder why? MONEY they want it and we got it.

lots of specialist here looked at me a couple in the USA cant be fixed . mild stuff they can fix but if its caused a specific way , a lot they cant

my tinnitus is caused by blast , theres tearing in there that has thrown it ouyt of whack surgery may fix it but probably make it worse .. no shot will fix it

When a doctor (in Australia as I recall) discovered that a bacteria or virus in folks' stomach caused much of the stomach ulcers, the AMA and all doctors dismissed his finding.

They "knew" stress caused all stomach ulcers and they were making good money selling anti-stress pills.

I've checked all over on this subject since my mother had it and I've had it bad for 4+ decades. I've been to top ear specialists, nothing.

15 years in steel mills and rock music hasn't helped any,

Proven cures? None really, hopefully this other thing pans out.

I agree, the pharmaceutical companies have no reason to provide us with cures. Then they wouldn't have the continual income. Same reason why we can't buy cars that would last us our lifetimes. The technology is there, but no incentive for the auto makers.
You hear rumors that some cancers have been cured. Wouldn't shock me at all if it were true and only the ultra rich or top government dogs have access to them.

mine is a constant ringing or buzz..when the locust were out last summer, it sorta sounded like that. somedays its faint and some days you have to almost yell for me to hear you.

I have noticed that when I am stressed out it is louder. When I have been yelling, or near any louder than normal noise it gets louder. When I get real sick it gets to the point where I have to take sleeping pills its so loud.

I go to bed every night with my tablet playing either music or a tv show to drown out the ringing. I have also found that if it is raining and I open the windows (Only if wife isn't home) I sleep better. I have tried rain, white, black, and many other noises on my tablet or ipod to help me sleep. Wind is one thing that doesn't help......

Oh yes pretty common, I have a high pitch constant ring almost a siren at times. I always have the TV on and kind of loud to try to mask out or just take my mind off of it -but- it can drive others nuts!

Sometimes you don't notice it until someone brings it up or asks why you have the TV or radio up....and then it's there again, (never really left).

If you don't have it it might be hard to understand. Ancient times they thought it was a curse or witchcraft.

People have even commited suicide over having tinnitus.

If your tinnitus may be a symptom of a medication or other temporary thing you might find some relief.

If it's more permanent, no cause well good luck, they talk about masking and all those kind of fixes, good luck with that.

No, and WebMD is not a money making org, people have been researching tinnitus for decades, they know more about permant tinnitus now than ever. Will they find a cure, I HOPE SO....in my lifetime.

Just like my wife's niece, just found out she has MS, the team of specialists aren't talking miracles, just what's ahead.

OK, I can't bite my tongue any longer. My sister, a girl that used to work for my sis & bro. in law, and a friend of mine have all beaten cancer with alternative treatments. About 7 or 8 years ago the girl that worked for my sis and BIL was on 20/20, she was so excited to get the word out, but all it was, was the big pharma trying to downplay it as a scam. My friend was just given up to a year to live, with no hope of even being prolonged. He went to a clinic in Ecuador for two months and is now back home with a clean bill of health. Big difference between curing a disease and just treating the symptoms.

And yes you can find all sorts of info on the internet saying this is a scam. Try telling that to someone who thought their life was over, but was given a second chance. BTW make that 4 people I know of, I forgot one that I don't know real well, but his was cured here in the U.S. before big pharma ran nc research out of the country.

And yes there are occasional nonstandard cures for some things, there are way more that have no miracle cures of any kind.
