Has anyone tried a 22/45 LITE upper receiver on a MkII or MkIII lower frame to see if it fits?
I'm just curious if it would fit or not.

Ruger. I'm not sure if the upper receivers on the 22/45 LITE's will fit on a MkII lower.

I think he (she?) means if an individual can put a 22/45 LITE slide assembly on a Mk II or Mk III frame.
I don't think so, I believe that the 22/45 has a different frame form the mark series, but I don't really know. ![]()

That's what I was wondering. If the frames were that much different that they receivers were not interchangeable, or if they fit both. I thought it would be neat to be able to put a LITE upper onto a metal MkII or MkIII lower.
