You might look at the Rem PSS or LTR as a better comparison to the Tikka. I've heard good things about the Tikka - Off name Sako, right? I like the LTR myself although I don't currently own one.

I have heard very good things about the Tikka. All the negatives seem to revolve around the magazines. I've read several reports of mags with retention problems. They either won't stay in the rifle or there is enough play that it drops out of position enough to prevent the next round from being picked up. Replacement mags are really expensive, too.

I personally don't see much point in a bolt action rifle with removable box magazines. For a tactical/match rifle--OK. For a hunting rifle?
