Mauser
Have a Mauser 98 rifle trying to find info on it only marking are on the bolt, the wood has the number 79 on it plus floor plate any info please. |

Does it have a crest on the action? did you take the stock off and check under it for any proofs ? Any pics of the whole gun might help
