Cool K BAR CARTRIGE

Before I had read all of the negative post about KBAR I placed an order with them for $350 worth of 38 and 45ACP brass. Paypal immediatly charged my credit card. I recieved no acknoledgement or invoice from KBAR. After two weeks I sent an email inquiry as to KBAR asking for a reciept and an update on my order and got no response. A week after that I sebt another email stating that I intended to protest the charge to paypal, I got and immediate response offering to cancel the order, I declined due to the 50% restocking charge. The very next day they shipped the 38's. I'm still waiting for the
45's and or a response from my latest inquiry. My experience is that you have to get nasty to get their attention. I don't like to do business with people who operate that way and they will see no further orders from me. I also intend to protest the charge to my credit card company if they don't complete the order pretty soon.

Wit till you call about the 45's. you will get excuses like they are sorting it, we shipped it, we are waiting for more to fill your order. They give all kinds. I waited about 6 wks, that's on the short side. I ordered 1000 9mm shells. I even had to call post office cuz I got a bogus tracking number. I will never order from them again. Sorry you didn't read earlier.

Well, I agree, that customer "service" would get no repeat orders from me. But I have to tell you about a company I ordered some plated bullets from; IQ Metals in Montana. I placed the order in Feb. knowing beforehand that it would take a loooong time to get the order filled. A couple weeks ago Dave from IQ called explaining they hadn't shipped my order because they wanted to ship complete, and they 9mm bullets I ordered just came in. He called again last week, 8:30PM Pacific time (11:30 Central?) stating the order shipped complete. BTW my phone number wasn't included in the order, he went thru information to get it. He went that extra little bit and worked late, calling me directly to explain. I'm gonna buy some more from them...
