Sprite, 7 Up, and Sierra Mist are all lemon lime sodas. So you can have both! But if I had to choose, I'ld go with lemon.

I recently began adding a slice of lemon to my water. (I really don't drink much else. But, I add lemon to whatever I drink now.)
Most health issues can be traced backed to acid build up in our body's. I heard that a slice/wedge of lemon can counteract this by making your body more alkaline. Since I started doing this, I really do think it has helped me. I would think using a lime would bring about similar results. - Last edited by tcox4freedom; 09-02-2012 at 09:04 AM.. |

I cook a lot with lemon. My wife and kids love fish so I will take a swai fillet and wrap it in tin foil with a slice of lemon a sprig of rosemary and a pinch of kosher salt and some fresh cracked black pepper.

We used to have a pretty good sized Key Lime tree in or yard. It produced limes all year long. I used them everywhere I would use a lemon or regular lime and then some. My wife made some of the best Key lime pie I ever tasted. I often regret cutting it down to make room for a garden shed.

Doesn't matter. I love all citrus.
Breakfast-lemon pancakes. Afternoon snack-orange with peanut butter. Club soda with lime. Grapefruit just plain. Orange peel dipped in dark chocolate And kumquats. Just because. I love all kinds of tart stuff. Cranberries and lingonberries. Can't get enough. |
