Hello Poncho--welcome aboard from an authenic, Navy Seabee--not a hell'va lot of flair or good table manners but we build things for the Marine Corp. Drop down the page to google and punch in:
fake navy seals ---it just may lead you where you need to go to root out the wannabes. In recent years, we Vietnam vets have noted that so many of the good old boys claim to have gone to "NAM"----I've just stopped embarrassing the dumb turds--they are sick and long for some type recognition--my opinion. Tell us about yourself Poncho. Chief

Hello Poncho 10, nice to see you here.

I know it is very irritating to sit back and watch the wanabes do their thing but eventually their colors start showing. Remember, go slow and get what information you can from him.

Please visit us again and keep us posted.

Hope

Poncho, may I suggest that you mention the Navy Seabees to your son---both times I was in Vietnam, I was attached to the 1st and the 3rd Marine divisions---it is said the marines have to friends in the world---the hospital corpsman and the navy Seabee---few marines doubt that if you talk to them---one time this young marine boot asked this knarly old Seabee chief what the difference was between the marine and the Seabee---they dressed alike, carried the same firepower, swore the same, to which the old chief replied, "the Seabess parents were married son"!!!
