Default H&R .32 5-shot revolver

I have a Harrington & Richardson 32-cal, 5-shot, hinged, hammerless revolver with a 3.25" barrel. I'm trying to find the vintage and value of this piece. The serial number on the butt of the handle is 209373. It's got the mfr's name, city, & USA on the top of the barrel, and it has the target logo on the black rubber grips. Family lore has it that my great grandmother kept this under the counter of her general store to dissuade would-be thieves. Thanks in advance for any info.
