What do you mean by that? In both the 92 and 96 election, Clinton got more popular and Electoral votes than the other 2 Candidates (Bush / Perot in 1992 & Dole / Perot in 1996)

For your information, the Electoral College is per the Constitution.

I believe that was his point. Because Perot split the Repub ticket Clinton won. I believe the popular vote went 53% between Bush and Perot in 92. Perot was the reform party guy, who made a lot of sense fiscally. Thats how he attracted so many from the right. And why I vehemently oppose a 3rd party vote this election. While I'm not happy with Romney either, we can't stand another 4 years of destruction.

I'm doing as much as I can. One thing is for sure - my oldest daughter has NEVER bothered to vote. She votes this time or she will find it very difficult to borrow money from Dad. She likes her rifle - so she will vote Romney - and she lives in Oregon - any Romney vote there can make a difference
