got home today and my scope mount for the M1A and a couple more new SA mags were sitting on my doorstep, yeah buddy!
Got it mounted, now I need to save up for the scope; probably a Leupold patrol rifle scope... hmmmm.... I actually drove past the LGS today (Welcher's on pacific ave near Tacoma) and didn't stop, wow! Self restraint, didn't think I had any... oh wait, I don't... the wife was with me, hahahaa!

Ordered an NC Star 3-9x42 scope for my AR yesterday. Fairly low end scope, but had mostly good reviews, and has nice features, including a laser. Maybe it will be OK for my skills anyway.
