if this is in the wrong place PLEASE POST HERE WHERE YOU MOVE IT.
winchester model 12 serial number 1069553.
can someone tell me if this is a 12 0r 20 guage>

The serial number of a Model 12 will not tell you the gauge.

Measure the end of the barrel. 12 gauge is about 3/4 inch in diameter (.0,730). 20 is about 5/8 (0.620).

redirects expire. Ill leave redirects if it was a genuine misplacement, usually and expring redirect for a day or 2. but if its a blatant, didnt read the directions, posted a 'whats my webly worth' in general dicussion forum, I just move it. No redirect. Folks should read the clear direction at the top of each and every forum. Maybe that just makes me a hardass or an asshole.. but I got a duty to help keep the forum clean and organzed and to help folks.. not hold hands..
