This is good info! Like you, I either had forgotten this, or I just didn't know! Something I noticed in the interview with Obozo, the reporter stated that the U.S. comes in at 30% voter turnout. And that puts us at around #135 of 140 nations! I knew there were a lot of people in America that don't vote, when 70% won't participate, that's scarry!
