Default Smith and Wesson Model 637 package value

A local gun shop is offering a Smith and Wesson Model 637, trigger job, contour trigger, bobbed hammer, hip grips, galco ankle glove holster, speed strips for $699.99.

Is this a good deal with the extras?

The msrp on the gun alone is $450

Is all that work neccessary or desirable? I bought a 637 and it was wonderful out of the box.. It was $280 NIB, but that was a long time ago. It is my tote around booger blaster. I use a cheap nylon pocket holster in my back pocket. For ME all that other stuff would just get in the way YMMV.
