Default iver johnson model 50 sidewinder

I recently inherited a model 50 sidewinder 8 shot .22 revolver. Pistol is in excellent condition although i wish it had the walnut grip instead of this plastic crap. It came with 2 different cylinders, one looks like a standard 8 shot .22 and the other is marked .22 magnum, also an 8 shot. My question is, is it safe to fire magnum loads from this revolver? Both cylinders seem to fit gun perfectly but i would rather ask someone who knows before firing magnum loads.

Itll shoot them fine. The IJ should be all steel revolver. The cheap Heritage arms revolvers are aluminum and they handle the magnums just fine.
