Default Redfield scope question

Was there an early series of 4X Redfield Widefield scopes that had a round objective lens and only the ocular lens was the widefield form?

I'm kind of wondering if that was the situation before the lo-pro line came out where both ends were oval shaped.

Default Re: Redfield scope question

I think they did make one like that.

I tried to find one in 4X but didn't find one.

But I did find a 3-9 like you asked about.

I found one like that being sold online and it also had a serial number that began with AB so I figure that there was a pre-lo-pro line of scopes.
