A failure to communicate...?
The Obama campaign recently borrowed $15 million from the Bank of America. Meanwhile back at the ranch, Obbie's DOJ is suing BOA for $1 BILLION over alleged mortgage fraud. Is this what is meant by the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing?

No! It's called thanks for the 15 Million, Watch for the Lawsuit to be dropped and the 15 Million to never be paid back.
