This was a fun gun to restore
![]() It is a very good first gun for a young boy or girl to learn to shoot. It is a H&R "Reg"lar" model 365 It is a low ser. #8142 and has the original pep sight and good looking wood. As Sam said I would like it to go to someone with a daughter or son or grand kids that are just starting out shooting. This is a good gun to pass down it will take a beating and keep on shooting. I will take care of the shipping cost but it will need to go to a FFL near you for the transfer. Tried to take some pics. but I am not good with shooting things that don't go boom!!! Oh man, that sure is some nice work. I've got 4 grandkids, two have been shooting with me for a few years. I have one grandson just getting to the right age to start teaching him shooting. This would be a great starter gun for him. Sign me up, please.

Very generous!
My oldest son is almost 5, it's time for his 'first rifle' that he can call his own. This would be a beautiful addition to the safe! count me in and a huge thanks! (and I'd say Merry Christmas also, but it's not even Turkey day yet...)
