Default Trying to ID this pinfire DA/SA

The only marks that I can find are the letters 'AR' stamped on the bottom base of the barrel and what looks to be the name 'H. Malcp--' on the grip frame. On the bottom of 1 wood grip is stamped 'T. 90'. I also believe it to be 7mm. The revolver came here from France after WW2. I also found an article that said many pinfires were built without any makers marks so that the gunsmith would not have to pay royalties to the French inventor Lefaucheux. Thanks for any thoughts and help.
