I just put money down on a Rem. 870 home defense shotgun

I'm looking for suggestions about mounting a light on the tube...brand? power source? brightness? w/laser dot? pros & cons?

Thanks,

Chuck

No laser, first. Surefire(?) is a quality light producing a very bright light for it`s size. There are many out there and you pay for what you get....they won`t be cheap.....but will take a beating.

The Surefire fore-end is pretty pricey, but'll definately do the job. If you want other options, there's a cool thingamy that holds an AA Mag-lite on a sidesaddle.... Try Sidearmor??
