I finally fit the grips to the 1849 pocket pistol (not perfect but acceptable ) and started the scrimshaw on them. I haven't quite got the whole design worked out yet but my wife suggested a web with an insect caught in it. Whadayathink??? Maybe a rose with a web connected w/insect waiting to be devoured????? ![]() ![]()

Exceptional work and threads like this are few and far between. We need more of them. I like the choice of the black widow, others choices would be a sheriff's badge, a saddle, a scorpion, and a United States Cavalry sigil.
