As the Kerry campaign rolls into Wash dc. on a monday morning,the camapign mgr goes to see the cardinal AT THE NATIONAL CATHOLIC DiOCESE.A very high profile mass is scheduled that weds.The manager says to the cardinal "I will donate $100k to your diocese if you will say "JOHN KERRY IS A SAINT" from your pulpit.The cardinal gratefully accepts the donation and the meeting ends....
Now on weds morning ,as the cardinal wraps up his sermon he says " John Keryy is a liar,hypocrite,and traitor...but, compared to Ted Kennedy...................
