Pre-ban SALES?

How do you legally secure a pre-86 machinegun?
Do you have to be a licensed dealer? etc. etc.

Charlie,

You have to seek out a "Transferable" machinegun
which will be a pre-86, then you will need to fill
out a form 4 and have the weapon transfered to
a C-3 dealer for pick-up when it is approved, which
will take up to 6-months or more, you will also have
to send in a one time(for each NFA firearm)$200.00
NFA tax along with your form 4.

Finger prints and pictures are part of the proccess
too, and you will need your local "CLEO"(Chief Law-
Enforcement Officer)to sign off on your form.

Hope this helps, if you need more info or from whom
to buy and not buy from, then ask away my friend!

The proccess is a bit of a pain but there is nothing
like full auto and the end result is very gratifying
when your form is approved and you bring your
first NFA gun home.

you also need mucho money for most of the class III stuff

Anywhere from approximately $3,250.00 for an UZI and up
to but not limited to $20,000 for an M-60 and if you want
big toys the prices can go much further.

Nothing beats beltfed....long live the sixty, less it`s the FN Minimi....what a deal, can also use m16 magazines, when belted runs dry.....(two feeding points-belt or magazine) lighter and very well thought out. LTS
