...totally non-exotic. Bought it new in 1998...living in a bad part of town. Fired less than 100 times...almost no wear and tear whatsoever.

Just need to know what to expect to get from a dealer or a private party...without getting ripped.

Also, how do I transfer registration when I sell it, so it's no longer in my name. How do I sell to a private party legally and without liability.

The pistol itself should bring at least $350-375.00 in
the condition you describe.

As to your question on registration, if you are
concerned about proof of sale then simply have
the buyer produce a drivers license or some form
of valid proof of age and identity and make a copy
of it or just write down the info that appears on it
and explain that it will be kept for your record of
proof of sale.
