"Sarah is now 3/3 with her .260!!! Again it was DRT....dead right there!!! This one was a bit closer than the last 2 though! 27 yards comared to 271 and 197!!! I called this one for her using the Primos "can" bleat call. Neck shot with the .260 and 100 grain Nosler BT......dead!!! No exit! It looks like an 8 point in the pic but there are 3 points that are hard to see in the pic and the G2 on the left is split at the top making 2 points so Sarah says he's a 12 pointer!!!"

Allen, That was funny!!(Not the one my wife.....) Nobody else here would understand that. What Allen is talking about is that when they came to visit, my archery target was in the backyard, visible from the driveway and Allen's wife thought he was real!!! She "snuck up" on it!!!)
Pickenup, Sarah's deer was 120llbs field dressed. Not huge but about average fr this county. The neighbor(Josh, (marmonthunter)) shot a doe this evening that went 145 field dressed on certified scales at the butcher shop!!!!!!) Now that's a big ole doe!!! Where I'm hunting Monday has the potential to yield some ridicoulous body weights and sheer mass of horns but not super-duper spreads or tine length!! Just like everything we encounter, "It's Genetic"!!! If I shoot one of the "roly-poly" ones, I'll post(or have it posted since I am computer illiterate!!!) GHD
