WAY TO GO GUY!!!! I must have steered you pretty good! And you are learning well! You've already figured out that "it's more fun than eatin beans!" I guess! 6 more months till season again! Leave them alone until about Memorial Day! They need to "re-seed"! Watch out for Alt and the boys though! They may introduce a "management plan"!! GHD

Nope, you should see the one pic that I did not post, I have two chucks next to each other, with about football size holes in them and all the guts are coming out. The .17 did a great job on them too. I shot the one with the hole in its head at about 80 yrds off hand, he didint have much of a chance.

"pears the .270 is shooting a bit low; most are neck/shoulder shots.
We used to put a buck a pig in the pot, won by the longest head shot of the day, for anything that wasn't head shot! By the way, by means of razzin' you, what do you use for deer sized game? .458 WM?? Make it fun for everybody, and find or build a .17 CF rifle; the whistle pigs are just as dead, the holdover, in most cases, less, and the cost per shot, less than a third! Fine shooting, friend; keep it up!
