If he was stupid enough to wear that costume to a party, being a Prince and all, then he deserves the wrath of everyone who is offended by it. They ought to be able to take turns, one by one, smacking him on the face for it.

He could have done a better job with the costume, though.

Apparently the detractors are coming out of the woodwork on this one. They want him to go visit Auschwitz, which he refuses to do. Some even say that this should disqualify him for military service.
