The LeMaster family and friends have graciously offered to host a second annual three day turkey hunt for five disabled and ill hunters April 1-2, 2005. The hunt is near Prattville, AL on private land. Food and lodging will be provided. Bedding is in bunks but is fairly accessible. Individuals needing code accessible lodging will need to stay at a hotel in Prattville at their own expense. Wheelchairs can access the main camp house and new bath facilities. Out of state hunters can get a license for $77.00.
Each hunter drawn will be allowed to bring a hunting partner. This would be a great opportunity for a father/son type hunt. The hosts will provide guides for each hunter. You bring your own clothes, shotgun and ammo. Each hunter can take one mature gobbler. To apply please provide answers to the questions below and mail them to alturkeyhunt@yahoo.com as soon as possible. Please email me if you have any questions.
