I have an octagon barrelled model 12 in about 85-90% Great shooter, smooth action.
Any ideas what it's value might be?

Berto, that's an oldie... mfg 1909-1936, the Twenty Second Edition, Blue Book of Gun Values 80-90% rated value has increased in the last several years by $100.00.
80% - $220.00
85% - $245.00
90% - $270.00

I hope this helps.
