User name rcgundoc on GB. Had a couple of A+'s, then a "C" earlier this month for an incomplete transaction due to "problems beyond the buyer's control."

Hell, he didn't even bother to respond to me! Posted an "F" and relisted.

Better to be bit by a deadbeat buyer than a deadbeat seller. It is a whole lot cheaper.

Good point Bubba, BUT...
In my humble opinion... weather buying or selling,
a dead-beat is still a dead-beat.
I may add that this subject matter has been looked at quite closely too.
What if anything can we as buyers/sellers do to protect ourselves. That is why this particular forum is available. A place to post a "Heads-Up" to a potential problem buyer/seller. And to wecome/insist anyone to a rebuttal.
