Ok I have a NIB Savage Super Striker 516BSAK on the way from Alaska on the way. I keep reading about the bad trigger on the Strikers and all of the post say to install a Rifle Basix trigger. But when I go to there site can find nothing for a Striker except the rimfire one. On the Midway site all I can find is the Rifle Basix Adjustable Sear Assembly SV-3. Is this what everyone means when they say to install a Rifle Basix trigger?
And if that is the case is this something I can do myself? I have built a 10-22 and installed an 8 in Pac-Lite receiver/barrel hammer and trigger on my MK-II. Thanks

I'm pretty sure the centerfire Striker uses the same trigger set-up as the Model 10/110 rifles.

That is what I originally thought was the case but reading the Rifle Basix site it doesn’t look that way. And once you look at the gun I do not think this could be. With the center grip the trigger is 2 to 3 inches further forward as compared to the Savage Rifles.
