Re: Who makes good belts for CCW?
I generally get all my belts at a craft fair or gun show if there is a genuine leather worker there. I like my belts cut out of a single piece of thick leather, rather than layered and sewn as you find elsewhere. I always get them cut to the width I want, either dress or jeans, and custom length with as few holes as necessary.
I have all the belts bought in this manner, going back some 40-50 years and they are in good shape. Most often I have had new cut as I have changed size, not due to wearing out. This way they are ten times better than store bought factory made and much less expensive.
