Does anyone know the date in this month that a person can carry in national parks?

After a few minutes of time online looking, The only effective date I found is 22 Feb 10. 14 days to go.

If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Wow,
I wonder if that means we will actually be able to carry in Yosemite Park?
I'm sure this state has some other imposition to block us though, they always find a way to make our snow cones lemon in appearance.
