AD, I too have received the same things before and guess what...I FORWARD THEM TO BRAND X!!! and tell them that this type of spaming and disregard for State and Federal laws governing business`s will not be tolerated by us, please inform your users of the same. If they don`t know the laws that govern business`s, KEEP THEIR FREAKIN MOUTHS SHUT!!!!.......I would also add this flakes name to my banned list(new blocking feature on Brand X) and ADVISE HIM, that I have done so, then I would block his email account also. These are the ones that come back to haunt you, if you don`t handle it fast. LTS
