Hello friends. I am new to the board. I have been a C&R license holder for about a year now. I have read many posts here about customizing mausers. While I agree its really not worth the money, I love to build rifles so money is not a concern. I just purchased an M48 with the intentions of customizing it into a big bore rifle. I only have one problem. I cant find the type of stock I want. Does anyone out there know where I can find a European style stock with a schnabel fore end? I have checked every site I can find to no avail.
