I have a H&R model 929 that im trying to find a value on. A buddy of mine asked if i wanted to sell it, but i have no clue as to what it may be worth. so let me give you some specs
.22cal model 929 9 shot 4in barrel? serial AD79326 im sure its got some age on it. A little rust on the hammer and frame but not major, the handles are in good shape no cracks that i saw, one side was dirty in the grooves and lettering as you can see in the pic. Im sure there is more but im not a gun guru. I took it to the range earlier in the month shot 50rds through it. I was surprized it shot very straight even though the dbl action was tough , in sgl action very nice. I was only shooting about 15-20ft though, just to tinker with it. Anyway here are some pics. Thanks ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

shooter,
H&R used the letter codes 'AD' in 1967. the model 929 was manufactured between 1956/57 and 1986 and was one of H&R more popular models. it was offered in 2 1/2, 4 and 6 inch barrel length. the nickel/chrome model was called the model 930. if the mechanic are as good as the finish looks value would be about $125 (maybe $150 asking price at a gunshow from a dealer). bill
