Re: Restrike Capability
JohnK3 has the right of it, durk. A restrike capability is a feature not often found on auto pistols; i.e., the trigger does not reset automatically after it is squeezed--the pistol has to be re-racked to cock it again. Thus if you have a bad round, or if the pistol experiences an FTF (failure to fire) for any reason, it has to be cleared before it may be discharged again. Generally, this is an inherent weakness in an auto that does not affect a revolver and why some prefer a revolver over an auto for defensive purposes.
