OUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Home from the nose surgery and the doctor cut me three times before he was happy enough to stop. His numbing medication just didn't work well at all. The cutting part wasn't all that bad I took that OK but when he went to cauterized the blood vessels THAT hurt!! After he he replaced the bad instrument with one that didn't shock the smell of burning flesh wasn't so bad either. When the doctor said OK MR. Lee you can go home I am done I walked all the way to my truck. THEN sneezed, blood all over the truck window and I walked back into the surgery center holding tissue paper soaked in blood over my nose. They cauterized it all again and the nurse says " gee I am surprised that it was still numb" it wasn't but I didn't care.
So far today I have been shot with useless medication cut and burned wonder what the rest of the day will hold for me.
UPDATE SECOND DAY

I woke up this morning to find that the left side of my face is so swollen & bruised that I look like a dark green rotten pumpkin of the left but if I turn the other way I am still the same good look devil I was at 50
This **** hurts y'all, feels like I was smacked in the face by BigDaddyJr with a 2x4 I can't hardly see out of my left eye this morning.
Here is a tip
Don't be hard headed like me go to the doctor when stuff starts, waiting only causes more problems!!!!! I just don't like doctors and try to avoid them. And as usual it cost me in the long run.

Sorry to hear that Ron. I have had my nose cauterized three times so far. Just wait until you have to have the other hole cut. Brings new meaning to the word PAIN!!!!! Mine have been done twice!

There was a time when my nose bled at least once per day and sometimes it just wouldn't stop. The doctor had to cauterize my nose twice before the problem was corrected and both times he did I was miserable for the rest of the night because my sinuses were irritated.
