Two celery sticks with some peanut butter, and a pint of fresh carrot-apple juice.

Skipped lunch.

Dinner was a ground sirloin burger patty, country chili and cheddar potato pancakes with a lot of ketchup on the burger.

Dessert two hours later was a glass of Chivas in eggnog and homemade Christmas cookies; two peanut butter, two oatmeal and two M&M. (I know, I'm a pig.)

I haven't had breakfast ... but I LOVE biscuits and gravy, so I may just show up at your place for leftovers.

I had the usual... a SlimFast. I'm not overweight by any means (6'6" and 200 lbs.) but I generally don't have time for breakfast so it's nice to have something to grab on the way out the door.

I tried that SlimFast for a while once. Doesn't work. Drank 2 glasses with every meal. Didn't lose a pound. Rip off!

Three glasses with every meal might work better? You know if one is good then two must be better, and so on.
